Well after a long fight opposing New Jersey Bill S63, the Breeder Ban, The New Jersey Assembly are still pushing for the same bill to be signed into law. The new Breeder ban bill called A2338 will do the exact same thing as S63 was meant to do. “ A2338 Prohibits sight-unseen sale of cats and dogs, requires pet shops to sell cats and dogs only from shelters or rescues and repeals Pet Purchase Protection Act.” Which actually protect consumers when buying a puppy for kitten.
